1.Eligibility and Account Registration

1.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account with ogbet or participate in any gaming activities offered on our platform. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling operations. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. ogbet reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any account balance, winnings, or bonuses.

1.2 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on ogbet, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by our registration form. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, mobile phone number, and government-issued identification number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

Each individual may register only one (1) account with ogbet. Creating multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts using false or misleading information is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ogbet employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify and prevent multiple account creation. Any player found operating multiple accounts will have all accounts permanently closed, and any funds, winnings, or bonuses in those accounts will be forfeited without recourse.

1.3 Identity Verification

ogbet is required by PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) legislation to verify the identity of all account holders. During registration or at any time thereafter, you may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification documents such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, national ID card, or other acceptable forms of identification. You may also be required to provide proof of address through utility bills, bank statements, or other official documents dated within the previous three (3) months.

ogbet reserves the right to request additional documentation or information at its sole discretion to verify your identity, age, payment method ownership, or source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) days may result in account suspension or closure. All verification documents must be clear, legible, and show all four corners of the document. We will not accept edited, altered, or digitally manipulated documents.

1.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ogbet account username and password. You must not disclose these credentials to any third party under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been conducted by you, and you accept full responsibility for all such activity, including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals. If you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any security breach, you must notify ogbet customer support immediately.

2.Deposits and Payment Methods

2.1 Funding Your Account

You may fund your ogbet account using any of the payment methods made available on our platform, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other Philippine banks, and such other methods as we may introduce from time to time. All deposits must be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, and maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your chosen payment method and account verification status.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your ogbet account are derived from legitimate sources and do not originate from any illegal or criminal activity. You further warrant that you are the authorized user of any payment method used to fund your account, and that you have not used stolen credit cards, fraudulently obtained banking credentials, or any other unauthorized means to make deposits. ogbet reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any deposit and to request documentation evidencing the source of funds.

2.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically processed instantly and credited to your ogbet account within ten (10) seconds of successful transaction completion. Bank transfer deposits may require thirty (30) minutes to twenty-four (24) hours for processing depending on your bank's processing times. ogbet does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider or bank may impose their own transaction fees.

2.3 Failed Deposits

If a deposit fails to process successfully, funds will typically be returned to your original payment source within three (3) to five (5) business days. If you believe a deposit has been debited from your account but not credited to your ogbet balance, you must contact customer support within forty-eight (48) hours with transaction details and proof of payment. ogbet will investigate such claims and credit your account if the deposit is verified. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors.

3.Withdrawals and Payouts

3.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to completion of identity verification requirements and fulfillment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200, and maximum withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account verification level and VIP tier status. Withdrawal requests are processed during our standard business hours, seven (7) days per week.

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. We cannot process withdrawals to third-party payment methods, accounts belonging to other individuals, or anonymous payment methods. You are required to use the same payment method for withdrawals that was used for deposits wherever possible. This requirement is mandated by anti-money laundering regulations and helps prevent fraudulent activity.

3.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

ogbet aims to process withdrawal requests within thirty (30) minutes to twenty-four (24) hours, depending on the withdrawal method and any verification requirements. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes after approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may require up to twenty-four (24) hours for processing. Please note that while ogbet processes withdrawals quickly, your payment provider or bank may impose additional processing times beyond our control.

3.3 Verification Requirements

Before processing your first withdrawal, and periodically thereafter, ogbet may require you to complete enhanced identity verification procedures. This may include submission of additional identification documents, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, or other documentation. For large withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000, ogbet reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence including source of wealth verification and source of funds documentation.

3.4 Withdrawal Fees

ogbet does not charge fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per calendar month. Additional withdrawals beyond three per month may incur an administrative fee of ₱100 per transaction. VIP tier members may be exempt from withdrawal fees as part of their VIP benefits. Please refer to our VIP program terms for details.

4.Gaming Rules and Conduct

4.1 Fair Play

All games offered on ogbet are governed by established rules and utilize certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and random outcomes. You agree to play all games in good faith and in accordance with the rules applicable to each game. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, collude with other players, or engage in any form of cheating or fraudulent play is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the ogbet platform: using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets; sharing account credentials with third parties; using VPNs, proxies, or other methods to disguise your true location; engaging in bonus abuse or unfair exploitation of promotional offers; coordinating betting patterns with other players; placing bets on both sides of the same outcome; and any other activity that ogbet determines, in its sole discretion, to be abusive or contrary to the spirit of fair play.

4.3 Irregular Play

ogbet reserves the right to withhold payment and/or confiscate winnings if we detect irregular playing patterns that suggest fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms. Irregular play includes, but is not limited to: betting on low-risk outcomes exclusively to clear wagering requirements; making large bets followed by substantially larger opposite bets; sudden changes in betting patterns after receiving bonuses; and coordinated play with other accounts. If we determine that irregular play has occurred, we reserve the right to void all affected bets and winnings.

5.Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

ogbet offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to our players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These specific terms are provided with each promotional offer and form part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable bonus terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the amount of money you must wager before bonus funds or winnings from bonus funds become withdrawable. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling thirty times the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements, as specified in the promotional terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ogbet operates a fair and generous bonus program for legitimate players. However, bonus abuse will not be tolerated. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using unfair betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other form of bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings, and may result in permanent account closure. ogbet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice.

6.Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the ogbet website and mobile applications, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and compilation thereof, is the property of ogbet or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any information, software, products, I'm Claude Code, Anthropic's official CLI for Claude; the underlying model is Claude by Anthropic. 7.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ogbet, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services; any conduct or content of any third party on the service; any content obtained from the service; or unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

ogbet's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the ogbet platform shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability, or ₱10,000, whichever is less. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

8.Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, ogbet operates under Philippine gambling regulations and jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute arising between you and ogbet, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR for mediation and resolution in accordance with PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures. You agree that PAGCOR's decision in any such dispute shall be final and binding.

9.Account Closure and Termination

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your ogbet account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures. Closed accounts cannot be reopened except at ogbet's sole discretion.

9.2 Termination by ogbet

ogbet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information during registration, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of our platform or comply with legal obligations. In the event of account termination for breach of these Terms, any account balance, pending winnings, and bonus funds will be forfeited.

10.General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect. ogbet's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ogbet regarding your use of our services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings. No modification, amendment, or waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of ogbet.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without ogbet's prior written consent. ogbet may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without restriction. These Terms are binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
